These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, deliveries and services of
the company Intercatering by Alexander.

1. Services
1.1 Intercatering has the objective to prepare meals that are delivered to customers on order at their address.
Customers in the sense of these terms and conditions are consumers and
entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters a legal transaction for a purpose that
can be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity
who, when concluding the legal transaction, acts in the course of his commercial
or self-employed professional activity.
Any conditions or contrary terms and conditions of the customer deviating from
the following terms and conditions shall not be recognized by the company
Intercatering unless the company Intercatering has expressly agreed to their validity in
writing.
The terms and conditions of the company Intercatering apply even if the latter provides
services in knowledge of conflicting conditions or conditions deviating from their
terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions of the company Intercatering also apply to all future
business with entrepreneurs. An explicit mention is not required.
1.2 An order is final if Intercatering has confirmed this to you by e-mail. Intercatering is always free to refuse an order.
1.3 You can cancel your order up to 8 hours prior to the delivery date without any costs by email. Thereafter, the legal “right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance” does not apply, because the products are perishable in nature and cannot be returned.
2. Offer
2.1 Before you can place an order, you must request an offer with the following information: your name, address, (an alternative delivery address), e-mail address, telephone number.
You consent to this data being used for the management of your account and in the context of the delivery and settlement of your orders.
2.2 You guarantee to Intercatering that the information provided by you is accurate and complete. Any changes in the data must be communicated to Intercatering in time to avoid mistakes in the delivery process.

3. Intellectual property rights
3.1 All intellectual property rights with regard to our website and our services are exclusively held by Intercatering and/or our partners and vendors.
3.2 The use that you may make of the website and our catering services is limited to what is stipulated on the website Intercatering and in these General Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Intercatering has the right to use your submitted contributions, such as reviews, for all of its current and future activities.
4. Liability
4.1 The utmost care is devoted to the services provided by Intercatering and the meals comply with the reasonable quality requirements and requirements of food hygiene.
4.2 Intercatering, however, does not guarantee that the service will be faultless, fully complies with the description and / or image provided, or will produce the result desired by the user. Intercatering gives

no guarantee if any defects are (partly) caused by the user himself or a third party and / or defects caused by external factors or incorrect or incompetent use.
4.3 Intercatering reserves the right, if necessary, to make changes to the meal to be delivered. You will be notified of significant changes at least 1 day prior to the agreed delivery date, after which you will of course have the opportunity to cancel the order free of charge.
4.4 You must immediately report any complaints within a reasonable period after delivery, with a clear and complete description of the complaints.
4.5 Intercatering is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage that occurs as a result of the use of our services or the inability to use our services. This limitation of liability does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence of Intercatering and / or our directors.
4.6 Intercatering is not liable in the event of a situation that is due to force majeure.
4.7 Intercatering has the right to cancel an already accepted order no later than 2 days before the agreed delivery date by means of an e-mail message or by telephone, without being liable to you for that.
4.8 You are solely responsible for the use you make of our services (including the use made by those with whom you share the meals). Possible intolerances to certain nutrients and allergies belong to the user, even if you have informed Intercatering beforehand, and Intercatering cannot be held responsible for any damage and / or health problems caused by this.
4.9 You indemnify Intercatering for any claim from yourself or third parties in any way resulting from or in connection with the use of our services.
5. Price and payment
5.1 The rates for our services are announced through the offer, agreement and / or published on the website by Intercatering.
The prices contained in the company Intercatering offer are quoted in Euro (EUR /
€) and are exclusive VAT.
Payments must be made via bank transfer, without discounts.
The customer bears the necessary power and water costs and consumption
costs. He also bears the costs incurred by the company Intercatering for procuring
and organizing the required supplies. The company Intercatering will provide the
customer with a separate billing.

5.2 The payments due for your orders will be collected following what has been agreed upon and stated in the order invoice.
5.3 Payments will not be refunded, except in case of cancellation of an order in the manner as determined on the website and / or in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Privacy
6.1 Intercatering processes and stores the information provided by you in the context of our services and complies with the legal rules on the protection of personal data.
6.2 Your personal data will not be provided to third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of our services or if we are obliged to do so on the basis of the Dutch law or an order from a competent authority. 7. General
7.1 These General Terms and Conditions and the content of our services can be adjusted by us at any time. We also have the right to stop our services at any time.
7.2 Dutch law applies to these Terms and Conditions and our services. The competent court in The Hague has exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes.
7.3 In the event that one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are null and void and / or destroyed, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The void or voided provision will then automatically be replaced by a provision that does as much as possible with the purpose of the void or voided provision.
